Job Description :
- Work with sales teams to evolve media strategy basis advertiser's requirement
- To provide leadership and guidance to the sales teams on leveraging opportunities in the digital / mobile arena synergistic to the advertiser's business tasks.
- Lead the successful implementation & execution of all media plans
- Provide critical inputs for enhancing the effectiveness of the media plans
- Utilize available media vehicles effectively & create new opportunities whenever required
- Work closely with the sales teams to ensure effective media mix for better ROI
- Monitor regular MIS & drive initiatives for further improvements
- Lead & manage the agency teams to constantly improve performance
- Participate, Influence & Support future road-maps
- Play an active support role in transferring best practices
- May be required to handle client interactions in large media pitches
- Responsible for understanding client's marketing objectives/goals and agency deliverables
- Should be an enthusiast in data mining to arrive at media platform and innovations
- Planning, Buying & Executing brand campaigns, monitoring campaign's performance
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of digital marketing campaigns
