Responsibilities - Responsible to manage multiple processes in employee life cycle to ensure service level agreements are adhered to. - Responsible for delivery, management and continuous improvement of processes assigned responsibility for payroll management, attendance systems, vendor management (timely processing of payments for service providers in HR field and direct consultants) - Responsible for functional management of process owners to ensure delivery on processes assigned for all business clusters - Work closely with key account managers and other stakeholders to ensure SLAs are adhered to for business clusters / key accounts are effectively managed; - Responsible for process audits (internal &amp; external) compliance &amp; coordination - HR Helpdesk management &amp; process improvement for processes assigned responsibility for - To interpret and analyze employee data for respective processes so as to utilize for effectiveness of HR Ops delivery - To provide regular reports per schedule to stakeholders and manage any anomalies Qualification: Preferred Credentials: MBA-HR Desired: - Above average analytical skills - Expert in MS Office/G-Suite - Effective oral and written communication skills - Good at solutioning - Able in adapting in an unpredictable/adhoc ecosystem
