Will need knowledge of options Valuations for assessing cost impact.  - Work with Accounting and Legal to provide data and analysis and help prepare executive compensation related material.  -Plan administration: Manage the enterprise-wide long-term incentive programs, including budgeting and planning, tracking, modeling, reporting, and delivery.  Desired Experience & Education Background :  - 4-7 years executive compensation experience.  - Finance, Mathematics or Business degree preferred. A degree in Human Resources can also be considered if it comes with extensive executive compensation experience.  Job Location: Gurgaon
