The role is a critical role accountable for all aspects of digital automation, product and marketing management, BI, Analytics and operational support to be provided to the all business verticals and corporate teams. This is a unique opportunity to lead the analytical operations behind target selection, drive analytics to make recommendations to- business- with regards to targeting strategies and design BI supporting the- business- function - Work with- business- users to define and analyze problems. - Maintain and manages tools key to the function that is supported. - Design and implement new functional systems. - Considers the implications of- business- solutions to the current and future environment. - Devise/ modify procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results. - Act as subject-matter expert on business processes of assigned area. - Requirement gathering, Gap analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, troubleshooting and performance tuning - This role demands someone with high analytical ability and who is highly committed and motivated. The person should have good communication skills, excellent at removing impediments and breaking down complex tasks into simple easy to complete milestones, willing to jump in and solve the problem. - The desirable candidate must have command over a large universe of digital tools, have mastery over their implementation, and deep experience in interacting with them through APIs. Deep understanding of the mobile technologies is mandatory. The ideal candidate would be a geek in love with integrating and automating digital platforms and driving rapid ROI for business from these. 1. Strong engineering background with preferably a computer science or IT degree from a Tier I/II institute 2. Candidates who have been entrepreneurs or been part of technology startups are strongly preferred 3. 2-4 years of experience with a strong mix of coding/scripting and data analysis 4. Very strong in at least one of R or Python. Working knowledge of other programming/scripting languages like Javascript, Ruby or Java is an added advantage 5. Very strong in implementation, API integration and analysis in following areas a. Web Analytics - Google Analytics (mandatory) b. App Analytics - Minimum 2 of mixpanel, localytics, flurry, amplitude etc. c. Attribution - ApSalar or AppsFlyer d. Competitive Intelligence - AppAnnie, Comscore, SimilarWeb etc. e. Marketing - Facebook Ads, Google Adwords f. A/B Testing - Any 1 of Optimize.ly, Visual Website Optimiser (VWO), Apptimize etc. g. Engagement - Urban Airship, Clevertap, Webengage, qGraph, moEngage etc h. Email Marketing - Mailchimp, Sendgrid etc. 6. Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries is a must 7. Very strong in data analysis and extracting insights from data 8. Basic knowledge of statistical concepts like regressions, classification, hypothesis testing, probability distributions is a must 9. Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Google Data Studio etc. is an added advantage 10. Experience in big data and cloud technologies like BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark etc, is an advantage, but not mandatory
