Role Summary / Job Responsibility - Develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns, content and events for and with partners in conjunction with the regional Partner Sales Management (PSM) teams in alignment with region specific strategies and sales initiatives - Create, select, and maintain partner, partner prospect, and joint prospect data, target groups and lists in Salesforce, and together with the partner and the PSMs, identify key target audiences and coverage strategy - Report and communicate the campaign, content and event progress and outputs (new business opportunities and pipeline) - Own the budget to execute the campaigns against the plan - Manage all related stakeholders communication and expectations - Build yearly and quarterly Go-to-Market strategies and campaigns plan for the team and relevant partners - Ensure alignment with the overall region business strategy and plans - Ensure the demand generation plan is delivering the expected pipeline results and be agile to adjust fast and upscale the activities when appropriate Specifications - 4+ years of marketing experience - Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field is preferred - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Other specification:- - Brand Marketing experience in a large corporate - Strong integrated marketing skills - Insight to Media GTM - Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently lead key projects in a fast-paced environment. - Must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (managing campaigns, writing business requirements and analyzing data) - Highly effective written communication skills honed to develop thoughtful, strategic and detailed documents that can persuade senior leaders of the effectiveness of the team's proposed plans.
