Job Description: - The role will be to set up and lead the hiring function at Gaana - 50% or more hiring happens in Tech and allied functions. Employer branding and evaluation process aligned with our culture values and a well-defined selection process with be a critical element in this set up. - Campus connect and hiring. Experience in hiring in a technology/ product organization for roles like team leads, engineering managers, mobility professionals, product managers. - Develop a sustainable talent acquisition plan and strategies for hiring best of technology, product and business support folks from industry. - Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and employee referral programs. - Source and find candidates qualified for open positions. - Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast. - Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.) - Find and resolve bottlenecks in the recruiting process. - Perform candidate satisfaction evaluations, plan procedures for improving the candidate experience. - Lead, mentor and supervise members of the recruiting team. - Use innovative and non-conventional sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles. - Determine HR and recruiting KPIs, Create and present KPI reports Desired Candidate Experience: - 7-12 years of experience as TA Manager or similar HR role. - In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. - Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.) - Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media, Professional networking groups and job boards. - Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. - Strong negotiation and influential skills. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Team player, Good time-management skills. - Great interpersonal and communication skills. - MA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
