Role Summary
- TOI + is the premium product from Times of India Digital which provides exclusive content, podcasts, newsletters and access to events for members only (https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/toi-plus). We are expanding our Partnerships & Growth team to accelerate the TOI+'s growth.
- We are looking for a hands-on, highly motivated and results-oriented product growth analyst to support our business growth.
- You should have a keen interest in the news space and understand the product & user journey very well.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Help in business planning by identifying growth & retention opportunities through data analysis across platforms
- Share insights and recommendations to all stakeholders and senior management using high-quality visualizations, presentations and concise communication
- Ability to create data models using data mining and segmentation techniques
- Ability to analyse, hypothesise, and solve business problems and visualize opportunities.
- Working closely with marketing , product and partnership teams and using data to drive business objectives
Requirements :
- MBA from a top-tier B School or a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics , 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent with Google Analytics and Excel. Very good with creating product funnels, user flows and hyper-personalized segmentation techniques.
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Working knowledge BigQuery, SQL, Python/R, Tableau is preferable
- Experience with web analytics tools like Appsflyer and Clevertap
- Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
- Strong people/ Stakeholder management.
- Ability to work well under deadlines, pressure and to successfully meet these deadlines
