Lead - Special Projects (ET.com)  Role: Build new products and properties for ET.com that enable ET.com to reach out to focus business segment, create engagement and attract potential consumers.  - Conceptualize, execute and deliver on these projects with end to end responsibility.  - Prepare concept note with the help of assigned multi-functional resources.  - Define Project plan and coordinate the process across the assigned project team members.  - Do market research and estimate business potential, lead the consumer validation of the concept, drive alliances and partnerships, work on creating business model and project plans, co-ordinate with product and tech teams to ensure execution and delivery of products and platforms in line with the business strategy and revenue goals.   - Forge sponsorship and alliances with strategic partners, value creators in the product/project. Negotiate deals, commercial and non-commercial terms, work with legal teams for documentary closures.   Experience range : 10-12 years (Preferably from Media Sector)  Key Skills : Strong understanding of Media Business, Analytical Ability, Conceptualization skills, Cross team collaboration. Multi-tasking.
