The objective of this role is to own and lead the HR Operations piece for MX Player. 1. Entire employee life cycle management, set up/ customisation of HRIS, compliances, policy administration. 2. To perform HR operations / related activities on various systems (SAP, Darwin Box etc.), primarily pertaining to the employee life cycle (from onboarding to separation) - Offroll or onroll 3. To manage day to day policy administration - Leave and time, employee benefits etc. 4. To process the various HR transactions as per the laid guidelines/SOP 5. To have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively respond to employee, stakeholder queries 6. Employee database management and dashboards maintenance 7. Handle payroll related queries for appropriate closure 8. Vendor management for HR service providers 9. Knowledge and understanding of HR processes, programs and policies 10. Good experience and understanding of HR Automation on operations modules like leave and time, payroll etc. 11. Good understanding of HR compliance elements and partner management 12. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 13. Prior experience of HR Master data maintenance in SAP, attendance and payroll management
