Core Purpose/Responsibilities 1. Responsible to work with all shared services (Finance, Legal, Facilities, IT Infra, BCCL Central teams - IT, Finance etc.) to ensure HR shared services offering and associated service level agreements are understood and adhered to. 2. Responsible for delivery, management and continuous improvement of core operational HR services (be it payroll management, attendance systems, employee policies on leave, insurance, travel etc) which are process oriented, cost efficient, effective and business focused, with the best use of technology 3. Responsible for functional management of process owners to ensure delivery on processes across employee cycle stages for all business clusters 4. Responsible for all ensuring seamless functioning of systems enabling people processes by interfacing with HR Technology team for enhancements 5. Work closely with all HR Business Partners to ensure business clusters/ key accounts are effectively managed; HR Ops team is enabled to support & deliver HR Operations strategy including all employee payables, receivables, benefits and welfare facilities 6. Ensuring systems & processes are defined, designed, implemented and executed as per organizational guidelines & support business imperatives 7. Responsible for process audits (internal & external) compliance & coordination 8. HR Helpdesk management & process improvement 9. Work closely with CoEs to ensure data readiness and accuracy for all people processes/engagements from HR Ops perspective. 10. To monitor service levels for- both core HR Ops & individual / exceptional cases. Manage work at the highest possible confidential level & be available for all exigencies 11. To interpret and analyze employee data so as to utilize for- effectiveness of HR Ops delivery 12. To provide regular and ad hoc reports to senior HR colleagues & management- teams, to enable them to manage people issues 13. To drive continuous improvement and service development through assessment of changing business need and benchmarking practices.
