Position Summary:  As head of growth, this person would be leading the central team of marketers that consults, monitors and helps all TIL businesses achieve their growth objectives within budgets. She / he would spearhead all planning, vendor negotiations, commercials, analytics and learning efforts required to achieve this objective.  I. Expectations  - Work closely with all TIL businesses to understand their products, their customers and their monetization strategies.  - Jointly build a growth plan for all businesses that achieves TIL objectives at minimum possible cost.  - Monitor, Review and give feedback on the progress of spends, efficiencies and acquisition/retention strategies of all TIL businesses.  - Negotiate with vendors to get the best possible and innovative arrangements to drive growth.  - Setup advanced analytical frameworks to analyze ROI, ROAS, CAC/LTV, AOP planning etc.  II. Candidate Profile:  Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)  - Must be a growth hacker not just an online marketing specialist  - Must be extremely innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who has unlimited supply of zero-budget growth ideas  - Must have strong industry relations with Advertisers, Affiliates, Agencies and Publishers for driving Alliances  - Customer Focused with strong skills in fundamental analytics like CAC/LTV, Cohort Analysis, A/B testing etc  - 360-degree knowledge of digital growth channels like Search (SEO good to have), Social, Affiliates, Alliances, Direct Marketing (Email/SMS/WhatsApp) and Content Marketing.  - Extremely strong in Mobile App growth hacking, driving installs and engagement  - Rock solid in digital media metrics related to traffic, cost efficiencies, engagement and conversions   - Large spectrum of exposure to tools in Web Analytics (at least 4-5 like GA, Omniture, KissMetrics etc.), App Analytics (at least 4-5 like AppsFlyer, ApSalar, MixPanel, Flurry etc.), Media Optimisation (at least 1-2 like AMO, Marin, ClickEquations, Kenshoo etc.)  - Strong presentation skills through infographics, videos, documents etc.   - Highly persuasive verbal communicator, with crazy loads of energy  - Professionals from digital media agencies who have handled multiple, large accounts are strongly preferred
