This is a high visibility project and we are targeting to capture a significant share of TIL user base. You will play a pivotal role in defining our growth strategy, assessing new opportunities, and scaling our business by acquiring more users. You will also bring data driven thought leadership to our growth efforts by partnering with the marketing and product team to design and implement B2B and B2C user acquisition programs. Success in this position requires expert problem-solving & experimentation skills, a strong analytical and growth hacker mentality, and a passion for serving customers.  Your part  - Drive the growth strategy for acquiring new users and generating revenue growth  - Identify and size future opportunities for growth. Develop a broad portfolio of growth ideas to implement through various market tests and revenue programs  - Increase marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range ideas and strategies, developing execution plans and managing team members to deliver impact  - Connect the product roadmap with the marketing strategy and work with product to develop a cohesive message  You must have  - Graduated from tier - 1 engineering/MBA college  - Worked in startup environment with high levels of ownership and full dedication  - 3+ years professional experience, specific to growth / customer acquisition, digital marketing or strategy consulting  - Strong individual contributor who possesses natural leadership skills and the ability to communicate the story with numbers. You pay special attention to funnel optimization and constantly test to understand effects on the product and marketing goals  - Must be data-driven, comfortable with SQL and prior experience as an analyst preferred  - Experience with Performance Marketing, Social Media Performance Marketing & Google Analytics  - Proven track record of collaborating with and leading cross-functional groups to produce results
