Roles and Responsibilities:- - Plan and execute 360 degree marketing campaigns for different events conducted by SteppinOut by Dineout. - Identify the target audience, set clear objectives, visual design, content strategy, etc., and execute the campaign by coordinating with internal teams. - Plan and execute creative content for the social media handles of the brand. - Cover the event on-ground for social media handles. - Promote SteppinOut by Dineout on a brand level - Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Additional Skills Required:- - 1-2 years of experience in marketing - Proficient in Facebook marketing, Instagram marketing, content writing. - Familiarity with social media trends and Google suite - Excellent communication and people skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Creativity and commercial awareness
