Some Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute on a - Ad Age in India- strategy in consultation with the Times Bridge Head of Content Strategy.
- Forcefully enter and direct the zeitgeist - through media appearances, articles, and more.
- Ensure both business and editorial success .
- Lead the Times Bridge relationship with Ad Age
- Recruit India's best creative talent to build a world-class team of editorial visionaries.
- Build a creative execution process that can scale rapidly and efficiently.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- While years of experience in the industry is a good indicator of the right qualities needed for this role, that in itself is not strictly required. The right candidate will be a personality and spiritual fit for the role in addition to checking many if not all of the experience boxes.
- 8-10 years experience leading editorial teams.
- 4-5 years experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders on tight deadlines.
- Versatility in being able to both an inspiring leader and a diligent follower and knowing when each skill is required.
- Exceptional writing and editing ability with a fluency in global English.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to be an industry leader and accumulate accolades for outstanding work while avoiding the accumulation of excessive ego.
- Exceptional creative ability with a portfolio of published work in leading global publications. This could take the form of writing, video, design, radio, web, or, ideally, a combination of several.
