Position Summary :   Business Unit Head- Insurance   - Independently work with 10-15 insurance partners and other external parties to grow the business   - Achieve team sales target   - Focus will be on improving business productivity and use technology at its fullest to achieve required performance levels   - Deliver support to sales & service officer through coaching and act as a role mode   - Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate business information, address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals   - Set weekly production target for team   - Recommend and introduce new, innovative insurance products   - Identify team development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training   - Further relationships with marketing & product team to generate quality leads for sales   - Provide management with competitor information   - Keep up-to-date with market developments, Company policies, procedures, sales process and legislation and disseminate to team.   Competencies :   - Thorough knowledge of Insurance domain   - In-depth knowledge of basic insurance policies & procedures   - Excellent communication skills   - Demonstrate creativity, innovation & risk-taking capabilities   - Display unwavering focus on the consumer and users   - Knowledge of personal finance basics and   - Self-motivated   - Good interpersonal skills   - Analytical skills and technical documentation skills   Candidate Profile:   - Candidates from Tier-I B school will be preferred  - 5-7 years of experience. at least 2 years in insurance set up  - Multi-location & multi-functional experience will be an added advantage
