Position Summary: - The Business Intelligence Team is a central function that works with all online businesses of Times Internet Ltd. - This team covers the entire life cycle of Business Intelligence - from tagging to analysis to corporate BI/MIS and beyond for Web, WAP, Mobile App, Video, Ads, etc. A Senior Analyst/ Manager is expected to grasp the underlying data requirements to develop visualisations, stories, insights and dashboard design that adds value to different cross functional teams. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Manage and Execute BI/MIS projects for the Growth Marketing and Analytics department. - Defining, analysing and communicating key metrics and business trends to the management teams. - Modelling data in order to create reporting infrastructure for senior internal stakeholders - Creating holistic dashboards from start to end. - Development process might include gathering and outlining requirements, identifying different data sources, wireframing, design, ongoing enhancements etc. - Executing quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights. - Driving data driven decision making for key stake holders. - Have an in-depth understanding of Google Analytics, ComScore, Apsalar, App Annie etc. - Delivering scheduled reports, based on a specified timetable (Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.) - Creating ad-hoc reports or working on ad-hoc projects as needed as instructed by BI Lead - Working in collaboration with other team members to support any other team initiatives Candidate Profile:&nbsp; - Graduate from a Tier I/II institute with strong academic credentials - MBA, Engineering, IT, MCA or Maths/Stats degree is preferred, though not mandatory - 4-8 years work experience as a Business Analyst in a top-notch Analytical or Consulting Firm. Business Analysts from digital products companies are also welcome. - Deep background and understanding of KPIs and Metrics in the digital industry across product and marketing, such as acquisition, retention, engagement, sales, marketing channels, conversions, cohorts etc. - Solid understanding of the digital products domain across both desktop and mobile, across web, WAP and App. - In-depth understanding of data tools used in the internet industry like Google Analytics, ComScore, Apsalar, App Annie, SimilarWeb, Mailchimp etc. - Minimum 2 years advanced level experience in data visualization platforms, specifically either one of Tableau or Qlik - Strong communication skills in creating insightful stories over email, word, powerpoint etc. - Proficient in analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics), Advance Excel. Google sheets, Power Point etc. - Must have worked with multiple business functions and with senior leadership teams
