Audience Development Manager will oversee our audience growth strategy and increase the reach and engagement of the brand in the region. The Audience Development Manager will oversee editorial distribution across multiple platforms and will work with the local team to optimize the efficiency in order to maximize results. We're looking for someone who is analytically minded who can use insights to inform strategic decisions.  Some Key Responsibilities:  - Develop and execute a regional audience growth strategy.  - Manage a team that sits across multiple distribution platforms, overseeing YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram publishing.  - Manage and execute all aspects of branded media buys, including trafficking, optimization, reporting and analysis, across multiple ad buying platforms.   - Plan, implement, and analyse video content releases and schedules across multiple social media platforms.   - Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings with editorial to report on insights and performance against quarterly traffic goals.   - Manage new and existing relationships with social media platforms in the region.  - Liaise with the Audience Development lead for APAC and US on a regular basis.  - Serve as the senior Audience Development voice in the region.  Background (essential and desired):  - 3-7 years of relevant experience  - Native English speaker - fluent in reading and writing  - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Chartbeat and platform insights tools essential.  - Experience managing paid social campaigns.  - Expert knowledge of Excel and the ability to manage and analyse data.   - A deep understanding of the cultural and media landscape throughout all of India  - Strong organizational and teamwork skills.  Salary offered: 20 - 25 LPA
