- Develop and prioritize the marketing and branding activities for the portfolio of brands while maintaining brand focus internally and externally.  - Works to commercialize products and work with agencies to develop marketing communication for interventions across the consumer buying funnel.  - Detailed understanding of advertising operations and ability to define clear-cut briefs to the agency partners and driving them to deliver on time.  - Supports the evaluation of brand portfolio including brand definition, proposition, and advertising concept for the group of brands in the category.  - Day to day management of all advertising related work, enable new initiatives and drive new  - Ideas that will pay back to the brands.  - Develop best commercial practices for respective brand portfolio regarding innovation,  - Positioning, placement, media, positioning, and promotion.  - Assumes overall responsibility for Brand Activation in accordance with the activation teams in the business.  - Ensures coordination with business functions to implement and monitor all branding and marketing activities.  - Ensures effective media evaluation and plan  - Would be preferable if the candidate has experience in advertising agencies and delivered on some decent sizeable brands.  - Candidates from digital marketing background will be preferred.  - 5-6 years of experience  - PG in marketing (preferred)
