Job Description
Position Summary:
- Formulate strategies for making quality deals, enhance deal making by continuous innovation in the processes and provide guidance to the team with the objective of achieving the given targets, building a strong and profitable asset portfolio and strengthen the Brand Capital Real estate vertical business model.
Areas of Responsibility
- Business Development: Identify potential partners, pitch to the prospects, negotiate the deal terms and present to investment committee for approval in order to freeze the commercial terms between the prospect and BCCL
- Due diligence: Visit sites and finalize the assets, negotiate and finalize rate, verify title documents and collect market opinion and reports on projects/promoters in order to ensure the encumbrance free and efficient acquisition of assets.
- Legal agreement negotiation and deal closure: Negotiate legal terms with the client and BCCL legal team, prepare investment proposal, sign and register agreements and comply with internal closure formalities in order to finally conclude the deal.
- Data Analytics: Prepare weekly BD reports, monitor the existing clients, visit under- construction sites periodically, data gathering and analysis for SAP .
Knowledge and skills
1. Ability to build business through strong Business Development/Client servicing
2. Atleast 2- 3 years of Relevant experience in Real Estate domain- Candidates from Real estate consulting firms or funds will be preferred
3. Excellent negotiation & decision making skills to ensure closures on contracts.
4. Excellent communication,inter personal skills and Multi-Tasking abilities

1. MBA from top tier B-school; Strong Academics
2. 5-8 years of relevant experience
