Title Of The Job: Conceptualizer

Department: Creative Services

Purpose Of The Job: To develop concepts and write copy for Mirchi's top client base to ensure business conversion. To liase with clients and build influential relationship whenever such support is required by the business teams.

Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility:

- To develop concepts based on client briefs in a manner that wins business for Mirchi / increases size of existing businesses.

- Write copy / lyrics / script as per concept developed so that audio scratches can be made

- Work closely with audio designers to create compelling, high quality promos, advertisements and other audio content

Other responsibilities:

- Work closely with sales / business heads to influence client decision and help sell the concept

- Work closely with all stations PHs to coordinate CST activities once business is closed

- To have a very thorough and clear knowledge of the biggest brands and corporations and their advertising and marketing plans so as to be able to develop effective concepts.

- To constantly track all multi media advertising from big brands.

- To have thorough working knowledge of Mirchi's programming so as to be able to develop effective concepts that do not compromise editorial integrity; in fact, contribute to on air content.

- To coordinate with client representatives, celebrities, outside vendors such as musicians, voice over artists etc as and when production demands.
