Teams report into the geography IBCE head who report into the national IBCE head   About Key Responsibilities :   - Partner with the Vertical Sales teams to market the ideas to internal stakeholders like senior management, Brand, Editorial etc. and support the Business Development Team in the selling of ideas to external stakeholders (sponsors), facilitate smooth execution of the ideas by the Client Servicing Team in order to execute the ideas as per plan   Key Relationship Management :   - Meet high value clients and influential stakeholders at a local level on a periodic basis, develop rapport at senior levels in the client organizations, and offer value-added suggestions for better return on their advertising investments in order to become their preferred partners for new initiatives / events   Knowledge Transfer :   - Check the feasibility of extending an existing property to other locations based on market understanding, market demand, availability of sponsorship and other financial and operational criteria; garner internal support, and coordinate the efforts of the BD and client servicing teams to execute the programs in order to maximise the revenue impact of the property and increase visibility   Ideal Candidate :   Education and Experience :   - MBA from premier school, high on intellect - an absolute must   - Minimum 10 years of work experience   - Should have handled sales, revenue roles, with scale   - Should have handled large teams, multi-locational   - Experience of working in matrix set ups   - Assertive, strong personality, drive for results   - Ideal candidate will have worked as Regional head for large businesses, or national sales head of smaller businesses.
