Times Group - Senior Manager - Operations

Summary Of The Position :

- Will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing the Operations related activities.

- Control operations activity schedule and ensures timely completion.

- Control the operational cost.

- Ensuring the proper and timely maintenance of the property.

- Proactively communicates operational activity status, issues & risks to seniors/ management.

- Preparing and maintaining Daily various require work Report.

- Circulating the work report to the seniors/management.

- Conduct status meetings with Team and vendors considering needs and requirements.

- Hands on experience on operations related work like Mounting / Demounting, fabrication

- Structure rectifications, structure installations, electrical connections, components, specs, Electrical Standards etc.

- Capable of hands on site work and supervise vendors; conversant with applicable norms for electrical safety & quality at site.

- Good vendor management and management skills.

- Proficiency in MS OFFICE and. Knowledge of MS Projects, project management tools like Gantt Charts is essential.

- Excellent verbal/non verbal communication and presentation skills.
