Job purpose :  - Preparation and execution of marketing and Public relation activities for FMI events, Build a positive image for FMI by managing all media (within and outside The Times Group) with the objective of ensuring sustained growth for FMI in terms of brand salience.  Key Responsibilities :  Would be responsible for :  - Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them  - Write interesting and effective official communications for the event, prepare information for media kits and develop and maintain internet or intranet web pages for the event  - Develop and maintain the event's image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.  - Manage communications budgets.  - Manage special events such as sponsors interactions, after event parties or other activities the event supports in order to gain public attention through the media without advertising directly  - Coordinating with all internal department and vendors to ensure smooth flow of all the activities related to events  - Other duties as assigned  KPIs :  Measurable Deliverables :  - Communication budget  - Optimum utilization of the Media budget of FMI 70% Weight-age   Operational :  - TAT  - Documentation & Legal  - Execution skills - 20% Weight-age  - People Skills  - Interpersonal Skills  - Building Relationship and Networks - 10% Weight-age  Job Requirements :  Minimum Qualifications : A high caliber MBA  Functional / Technical Competencies :   - Category and Brand Builder  - Adds Value to Customer Businesses  - Process Adherence  - Project Management Skills   - Selling Skills   Behavioural Competencies :  - Demonstration of Initiative  - Results Focus  - Excellent communication skills and overall presentation  - Developing and Coaching Others  - Supporting and Managing Change  Specific experience : 2-4 years in PR / event management / Media house managing brand or PR activities  - Willingness to travel
