Sales Manager - Job Profile:
- Train, supervise, motivate and monitor the sales team.
- Set budgets/targets and assign clients to the sales staff.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans and provide solutions to penetrate new markets.
- Conduct one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive's sales and activity performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, and activity reports submitted by sales team.
- Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations and liaise with customers (which may include actual selling).
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products or services and stay abreast of competitors activities.
Experience : 6-14 Years of sales experience
Qualification : MBA Preferred
