Job Responsibilities : - Devising the Marketing and PR strategy for all upcoming movies of JPL and ensuring effective use of PR and social media as a marketing tool. - Responsible for In-film integrations, Brand associations and Partnerships for upcoming movies - Campaign Strategy - Brainstorm, ideate &amp; conceptualize the overall movie campaign proactively or as per the movie requirement - Campaign management, execution and campaign analysis both pre &amp; post release (includes planning of music launch, movie screening, city tours, on show promotion, celebrity social media, movie digital marketing etc) - Drive timelines by maintaining a campaign calendar and ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders along with timely approvals for all asset launches. - Managing creative responsibility and adhere to strict budget control for each project alongside team leader (campaign positioning, audience insights, poster, trailer, key communication peg, BTS) - Oversee social media engagements (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Develop and maintain partnerships with key social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google as well as key publishers and networks - Ensure timely deliveries of all key content assets across platforms and ensuring creative approvals on a regular basis with key stakeholders - Music label management, ensuring smooth co-ordination of all content deliveries between the post production and music label - Drive strategic tie-up and partnerships including media alliances for television integrations, print, radio, cinema, outdoor etc - Constantly scout the market to keep tab of the marketing landscape, USP of marketing agencies, new entrants, etc. (Vendor/Agency Management . Identify marketing agencies based on their strengths and the events requirements - Manage relations with existing vendors, and evaluate performance of the marketing agencies during campaigns and provide feedback as require - Responsible for talent management during promotions - Plan and oversee deployment of newer technologies and platforms in the overall campaign Knowledge/Skills Set : - Ability to deal with people/teams across functions - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Excellent written and oral skills in English and one other Indian language (Preferably Hindi) - Must be highly motivated, proactive, self-starter, with high energy and team spirit. - Multi-task and detail-oriented with the ability to work within demanding timeframes and a fast-paced environment - Experience working with creative agencies and managing projects - Knowledge of digital communications and platforms
