As Manager - Marketing, you will be product custodian of one of the strategic products at TIML - Mumbai Airport.
- You will be in charge of a product line contribution as a business unit. You will redesign products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on industry experience and with market and customer interactions.
- You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
- You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers. You must enjoy spending time in the market, communicate across teams and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with sales, operations, marketing counterparts and senior leadership team. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
This role will require strong strategic thinking as well as execution skills. You will assist the product head in creating the overall marketing strategy for the product and also support in implementing it to drive business. The ability to navigate through key stakeholders within the organization will be necessary for success and traction.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Brand Development & Management:
- Brand Development & Management - Innovation and Activation
- Contribution in Media planning, Medium & Media specific sales strategy
- Prepare annual Marketing & Category Development plan
- To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
- Work closely with the Creative Agency, Creative Resource, Sales Team, External Vendors (Research/Website/Merchandise) etc. for execution of plans
- Support in developing categories of Advertisers/Clients
- Creation of Customer engagement platforms to enhance relationships with clients
- Support in developing categories of Advertisers/clients
- Alignment of Marketing Activities (tactical & Strategic) to support business
- Assist in determining pricing for the various assets to increase profitability
- Leverage Category data, Market insights, Co- Pack knowledge
- Support in Marketing Activation Plan
- Contribute in overall Marketing strategy for the product and the corporate brand
Consumer Research:
- Conceptualize, Evaluate, Roll out various consumer and media research initiatives developed in order to increase impact of Sales activities
Sales support :
- Development of all Product collaterals
- Delivering client specific presentations and renders within committed timelines
- Participate in creation of new events/themes that can be sold as a concept to the client
Business Communications
- Create frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available media
- Assist the marketing communications team in development of case studies/communications specific to the product brand
