Responsibilities Include:
- Strategizing & Implementation of the marketing plans as agreed with corporate office. Includes launch strategy, plan & implementation.
- Business Intelligence - Be the eyes and ears in the market and constantly be in touch with competitor marketing activities.
a) Provide timely information on the same to take action
b) Abreast with what is happening within the media industry
- Research orientation
- Continuous interaction and build relationships with external customers.
- Maintain and update marketing reports on a regular basis and route it into corporate marketing.
a) Formats that have been generated at the station level
b) Formats that have been generated at the corporate level
- Control on all merchandise material and continuously identify new cost effective and innovate merchandise material (relevant to our consumer base).

Organisational Relationships:
- Reports to Branch Head
The person is required to work with significant independence and take guidance from the Station Head
Educational Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in management
Experience:
- Total 6-8 years of Marketing experience. Exposure to sales is preferable.
