Generate and execute innovative concepts based on proactive identification of market needs or in response to specific client brief, package and present the ideas in a persuasive manner to induce client buy-in; Collaborate with Sales team in identifying and tapping the created business revenue opportunities and develop monetizable concepts of high creative quality that are attractive to the client.

1. Responsible for developing concepts / ideas for events

2. Work closely with the team and work on presentation by understanding the briefs

3. Be proactive by creating own IPs / idea decks for the team to promote in the market

4. Create idea decks on Innovation options in the print media
