Radio Mirchi is present in 32 cities across the country and boasts of over 41million listeners.

We are looking for an Aggressive leader with excellent communication skills, Strong Sales & Marketing experience for the following position based in Hyderabad.

Job Profile: To ensure regional P&L achievement, develop and drive profitable growth strategies for the cluster.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibilities:

- To ensure that the topline and the bottom-line targets of the cluster are achieved.

- To define the targets for the cluster in terms of revenue and profitability.

- To formulate strategies, explore new business avenues and new markets for radio.

- Ensuring the quality of product to maintain and grow listenership.

Other responsibilities:

- Ensure implementation of systems and procedures as formalized by corporate office.

- To give feedback through reports about the market to the Corporate Office which will serve as inputs for growth strategies

- Manage regulations and ensure timely escalation of issues pertaining to regulatory / human resources to the corporate office

- The person is expected to recruit, train, motivate, discipline, assign and then evaluate work of the direct reportees.

ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

- Reports to Regional Director

- The person is required to work with significant independence and take guidance from the Regional Director

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Postgraduate degree/diploma in management in Marketing and Sales from reputed B-Schools (Batch 2000 to 2002)

EXPERIENCE:

- 10-12 years experience in sales & marketing / business management

- Telugu knowledge is an asset but not a deal breaker.

AGE:

- Candidates in the age group of 30 to 36 yrs old may apply.
