Preparation and execution of marketing and Media Plan for events with IP Sales team of Medianet; service client requirements by managing all media (within The Times Group) with the objective of ensuring sustained growth for Medianet IP events in terms of brand salience / client satisfication and growth in client budgets with Times Group. III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Would be responsible for: - Work with IP Sales team for making of media plan across Times Group platforms for clients as part of spend on events /IP sponsorships commitments - Liaise with Times group brand team and editorial team for effective communication and execution of client deliverables / media plan - Liaise with Clients for expectation setting with respect to deliverables as part of the IP Sponsorship commitments - Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client / advertising agency and Times Group by maintaining regular contact, ensuring that communication flows effectively - Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns; - Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification; - Handling budgets and invoicing clients; - Identify main audiences for client groups and determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them on clients - Coordinate with Times group brand team to maintain the event's image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage - Manage special events such as sponsors interactions, after event parties or other activities the event supports - Coordinating with all internal department and vendors to ensure smooth flow of all the activities related to events - Other duties as assigned
