Role: City Head

Reporting to: Business Head

Work Location: Times Center, Lower Parel

What a Candidate needs :

This is first and foremost a role for a strong marketer, focusing on reaching new users and extending the Dineout brand to the masses. But as the city lead, you- ll also be responsible for operational excellence (restaurant experience) and maintaining the - WOW- factor throughout the diner's experience. Real time restaurant support, local marketing, deployment of services at restaurant, service quality management, social media, PR - all of these sit under the City Head. Continual improvement and a quality focus are the name of the game. We believe in solving local problems with local solutions, so understanding your market and delivering custom messages is important. This is where creativity meets analytics head on.

And it's the cross of the analytical with the creative that makes the Dineout City Head incredibly difficult job to fill.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall growth of the city, including growing the user base and the restaurant base.

Understand the Dining out culture of the city and identify new ways to get the Dineout experience in front of new diners.

Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.

Manage deployment of inResto (our Restaurant Management System) at partner restaurants and ensure usage.

Represent Dineout at local events and with local PR.

Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them.

Develop complex brand and event partnerships.programs that evolve and transform the way that Dineout markets and sells Dineout for Business.

Create the strategies that steer the sales org including overall structure, compensation and quotas, lead generation and management, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, etc.

Lead deployment of inResto and manage ongoing administration including user management, data management, application setup, customization, reports and dashboards

Responsible for building tools and creative processes for the sales organization to boost productivity

Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of training for the Sales organization and manage the on-boarding process of new Sales employees.

Tame upset diners and turn them into passionate evangelists

Essential Requirements:

- 5+ years of consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations management experience. Experience at a fast paced technology company preferred

- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking

- Creative solutions driven mindset, with a - get shit done- attitude

- Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen

- Entrepreneurial DNA and fear tolerance of a honey-badger

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

- True passion for sales and creatively finds ways to make sales people more productive
