Experience: 8-10 years in CSR

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to drive CSR partnerships and collaborations for the Times of India Group.

2. Identify and engage with potential CSR partners, including corporations, foundations, and government agencies.

3. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing CSR partners, ensuring continued support and engagement.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and align CSR initiatives with organizational goals.

5. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of partnering with the Times of India Group in CSR initiatives.

6. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the CSR ecosystem.

8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

9. Represent the Times of India Group at CSR events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.

10. Work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR initiatives into the overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 8-10 years of proven experience in CSR business development, with a successful track record of securing partnerships.

3. In-depth knowledge of the CSR landscape, including key players, trends, and regulatory frameworks.

4. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the social impact of partnerships.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to align CSR initiatives with business objectives.

6. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team.

7. Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.

8. Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, and partnership development.
