Position Summary Partner with the Vertical Sales teams to market the ideas to internal stakeholders like senior management, Brand, Editorial etc. and support the Business Development Team in the selling of ideas to external stakeholders (sponsors), facilitate smooth execution of the ideas by the Client Servicing Team in order to execute the ideas as per plan 2. Areas of Responsibility : Role requirements : - National exhibitions calendar management - National payment tracker - weekly report to be sent out - National MIS management - apart from data received from central MIS, all internal MIS on partners, exhibitions, payouts, profitabilities etc - Overseeing and guiding preparation of feasibilities nationally - Prepare pre and post event feasibilities, manage partner payments, coordinate with scheduling regarding media planning, B &amp; R for PO generation, invoicing, eligibility calculations and closures, make sure that revenue is reflecting accurately in the system. - Data management accuracy with respect to tagging of ads/stall components etc - Work closely with branch heads, vertical heads and provide necessary support in smooth execution of exhibitions. - Look after on-site operations of vendor model exhibitions 3.
