Job Description :
- Evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes and manages outcomes and solutions in harmony with Organisation's and business goals.
- Manage full project life cycle from requirement gathering, solution designing, project managing, business blue printing, manage development, quality assurance, orchestrate User Acceptance testing, roll out including user training & manage post go live service support
- Work closely with user groups and user departments, to identify and analyse business processes and workflows; facilitate workshop with SMEs; documentation of the process and workflows & development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements. Identify risks and issues.
- Clear understanding, Documentation and execution of IT policies and procedures and ability to orchestrate execution of the policies and procedures across the users and team members.
- Clear cut documentation and document verification of the technical solution offered in line with ITIL standards and processes
- Manage in-house development team and extended team from parent company and outsourced vendor on various platforms including ABAP, webdynpro, Java, PHP to offer solutions to business requirements
- Expertise in SAP modules - FICO, MM, CRM, SD, HR, PS, IM and BI. Experience and expertise in implementing Business Analytics - MIS and predictive analytics included
- Ability to coordinate and liaison between Development teams, stake holders & functional teams to formulate and execute solutions and ensure implementation of the solution at the user departments or user groups.
- Aligned and experienced in mobility solutions and social media offerings and knowledge of information security requirement
