In this same vein, we will be launching more offerings, from Time Business Solutions in the immediate future.  Job Description:  Designation: Area Sales Manager   Reporting to : Zonal Manager  Experience & Budget: 6+ yrs. & budget depends on candidate current package  Qualification: Graduate (any stream) / MBA /PG  Job Responsibilities:  You will be Responsible for:  - The incumbent will drive sales primarily for the BFSI/ITES/EDUCATION business.  - The incumbent will be responsible for the performance of key account managers in the BFSI/ITES/EDUCATION vertical.  - The incumbent is required to support team to acquire new client in the BFSI/ITES/EDUCATION.   - The incumbent will be responsible for the revenue generation of the BFSI/ITES/EDUCATION.  - Handling a Sales team and driving sales initiatives to achieve set targets.  - Monitoring the team in generating the revenue and increasing Sales growth by formulating and executing various plans.  - Developing and monitoring Sales strategies, direct sales and team targets.  - Planning, designing and conducting appropriate selling strategies and coordinate with Associates in various aspects.  - Monitoring of progress on day to day basis & submitting progress to management.  - Conducting and presenting BD meetings/presentations with various clients.  Job Specifications :  - Experience in the Corporate sales.  - Experience in hi ticket value Sales and hard selling experience will be an added advantage.  - Experience in team handling.  - Must have driven sales on multiple inventories.   - Should be very good communication skills & contribute individual role.  - Responsible for monthly or quarterly targets & company will provide day to day (or it can be monthly) reimbursements.  - Entire knowledge of territory (where he has to work for particular region).  Exposure in the current role:  - Corporate sales / Institutional sales experience  - Team Handling experience is must.  - Digital marketing and media marketing experience  - Exposure to training and assessment platforms  - Key account management exposure  Salary Range: 6-8 LPA
