The KRAs for the above mentioned post would include:
Market Information :
- Preparing client/agencies and market mapping reports for his/her area and industry.
- Reports on client/agency spend at a brand level.
- Conducting competition tracking and monitoring on a daily basis.
- Media tracking to generate prospects.
Relationship Building & Category Development :
- Maintain strong relationship with clients and agencies
- Work with Marketing & Content teams to develop strong client/category/product pitches to bring in both Ad & Content Revenues
- Generate executable ideas for clients based on the category/brand requirements
- Develop keen understanding of the medium & benchmark to the existing media to enable sales
Sales & Collection calls :
- Preparing client proposals and presentations,
- Plan weekly sales cycle and schedule client meeting accordingly.
- Follow up and ensure that monies are collected on time including sending appropriate reminder to clients and agencies for payment
Planning, Strategizing & Reporting :
- Plan & budget revenue generation for the week and month.
- Preparing sales & sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc.
- Contribute to sales strategy and generate ideas for revenue maximization.
- Opportunity to create a separate revenue flow by offering our clients analytical data (- eyeball tracking and cross media channel conversion / sales uplift in both cross- and upsell)
