Position Title : Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

Reports To(Role) : Dy. Chief Manager

Position Summary :

- Monitor and review Foreign Exchange Management and Banking for BCCL with required knowledge base and adherence to procedures and processes with the objective of ensuring compliances with FX guidelines, RBI, FEMA, Banking and internal policies.

Areas of Responsibility :

Foreign Exchange Management - Reporting :

Report all outstanding FX to Board on quarterly basis, set up bank-wise limits for FX transactions, provide requisite information to auditors for issuance of relevant certificates, review Forex Risk Management Policy in order to ensure adherence to the compliance as per RBI guidelines

Foreign Exchange Management - MIS :

Maintain and monitor comprehensive FX sheet tracking business-wise exposures, conduct and minute RMC meetings on monthly basis, prepare FX MIS on month-end to be circulated to RMC committee and senior management in order to adhere to Forex Risk Management Policy

Foreign Exchange Management - Accounting :

Prepare accounts for all forward contracts in SAP including booking FX contract, utilization and cancellation in order to ensure adherence to BCCL's accounting practices

Banking :

Monitor, renew and review Banking arrangement for BCCL and Group Companies on an ongoing basis in order to ensure smooth Banking relationship and adequate credit limits.

Banking - Fund raising :

Evaluate various borrowing options with Banks and explore any arbitrage opportunities in order to minimize borrowing cost for BCCL

Company Rating :

Organize external rating for the company in order to comply with the Banking norms

Decisions Expected :

- FX Deals Booking / utilization or cancellation on day to day basis

Recommendations Expected :

- Set up bank-wise limits for FX / Banking transactions

- Change in FX market conditions

- Policies / Process changes related to Function, FX, Banking and / or others

- Arbitrage opportunities for better cost management

Educational Qualifications Required : Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance

Relevant Experience : Overall experience of 4-5 years with hands on experience in the areas of Forex, Banking, Debt syndication
