Capex Proposal Management:

- Receive Capex requirements, analyze and evaluate requirements and seek details, prepare a comprehensive proposal with the background, justification, cost details, timelines and implementation plan and review projects post their completion in order to submit a crisp report encompassing brief details of the proposal with supporting documents top management and ensure that project deliverables / objectives are met.

Rolling Forecast - Capex:

- Facilitate proactive planning of company wide Capex requirement for a rolling period of 3-5 years in order to enable better financial forecasting and optimal utilization of funds

- Issue and analyze the requests for quotations (RFQ) from approved and/or potential CAPEX suppliers to support company's requirements.

Capex Budget Management:

- Communicate and initiate an all India Capex budget exercise through Functional Head, analyze and compile budgets received and seek clarification, submit budget through

- Budgeting and Monitoring. Plan and develop Business case by featuring and identifying the market dynamics and requirement, project scoping, budget for the cost involved for the project, maintain the milestones achieved in order to get the management approval on the projects and issue clear directions to the execution team.

Infrastructure Projects:

- Execute Infrastructure and Press Projects, coordinate and constant follow-ups on various agendas, critical areas, bottlenecks and issues both internally and externally in order to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of the project within the specified budget.

Capex Process:

- Develop business cases for Capex and Asset disposals with requirement justifications, options and recommendations in order to get the management approval for timely execution and disbursal.

Cost optimization:

- Work with suppliers, industrial team, program teams and plants to drive cost reductions. Actively participate in continuous improvements and corrective action activities.

Contract life cycle management:

- Engage with stakeholders to identify the most suitable supply solution for a given demand. Negotiate pricing, terms & commercial conditions of contracts and manage through the contract lifecycle.
