The Opportunity:
As an Operation Excellence Manager with a focus on Service-Product Integration, you'll be the critical link between our product and service components, shaping both to create a harmonious and effective operation. This is an opportunity to leverage your operational insights, strategic thinking, and passion for efficiency in a role that's integral to our future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Optimization: Take charge of our service layer operations, balancing day-to-day management with strategic alignment to our product delivery.
- Process Innovation: Use your expertise in process improvement to identify opportunities for better service delivery and increased efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring that the service layer is in sync with the broader business objectives.
- Scalability Planning: Build robust systems and infrastructure that can grow with our service demand, maintaining high-quality standards even as we scale.
- Performance Analytics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators for the service layer, utilizing data-driven insights to drive continual improvement and informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in an operational role within a tech or SaaS company.
- A proven track record in process improvement and operational optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable systems and infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills and an ability to manage complex operational landscapes.
- Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus.
