Now, we stand at the precipice of exponential growth, ready to ascend even higher and hence, we are seeking a strategic powerhouse, a leader with an unparalleled ability to shape, guide, and scale our business.

The Opportunity:

As our Chief of Staff, you will be thrust into the heart of the action, wielding your strategic acumen to craft our trajectory towards untapped growth and success. This role represents an exciting challenge - a chance to take your high-level strategy skills, sprinkle in a measure of entrepreneurial spirit, and truly sculpt the direction of a rising star in the tech world.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the founder and executive team to define and execute the overall company strategy, with a specific focus on the product and service layer.

2. Team Building and Management: Build and lead a high-performing team to support the growth and operations of the coaching network, ensuring the right balance of skills and expertise.

3. Operational Excellence: Establish processes and systems to ensure operational efficiency, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and quality assurance for the product and service layer.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across different teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the coaching network.

5. Scale Readiness: Develop scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure to support the anticipated growth of our business, ensuring that the coaching network can handle increased demand and maintain high-quality service.

6. Founder Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the founder, providing strategic guidance, facilitating decision-making, and managing special projects or initiatives on behalf of the founder's office.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

2. 4+ years of experience in a strategic role within top-tier consulting firms, early stage companies or building something of your own

3. Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams.

4. Outstanding strategic and business acumen, with an ability to see the big picture.

5. Exceptional communication and project management skills.
