T.I.M.E. - GATE Product Head - IIM/IIT/ISB

Job Requirements

1. Setting revenue targets for GATE and working towards delivery of targets.

2. Develop offline and online marketing campaigns with marketing team.

3. Conduct workshops and seminars for increasing brand awareness of GATE at TIME

4. Develop working relationships with engineering institutes to develop business for GATE

5. Development of Faculty Base including recruitment, training, review and appraisal

6. Continuous review and assessment of course material in association with the Faculty Team

7. Coordinating with TIME Centers for lead generation, delivery support and performance review

8. Analyse the competitive landscape and convert insights into change in marketing and delivery

9. Identify new growth opportunities for GATE with identification of new customer segments and product diversification

10. Have an open-channel communications with students to ensure maximum student satisfaction

11. Motivating the team and constantly monitoring performance

Necessary Qualifications

1. B.Tech from CS,EC,EE and ME streams from IIT/NIT/BIT

2. MBA from IIM,ISB or other Tier-I Institute
