About the role:

Tech Partner at Tiger Analytics combines technical, analytical, and leadership skills.

Experience in leading data science, engineering and machine learning engagements and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science, Data Engineering and machine learning, technical solution delivery, people management, and client engagement.

1. Strategic Project Leadership: Innovate and lead strategic machine learning and analytics projects from inception to completion, aligning them with clients' overarching business goals. Drive the evolution of data science capabilities to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

1. Proven experience (15+ years) in a data science, AI and ML leadership role.

2. Strong track record of building and managing high-performing data science teams.

3. Extensive experience in applying advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.

4. Demonstrated success in client engagement, with the ability to translate business requirements into Machine Learning and data science solutions.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

6. Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
