Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple blended learning journeys by leveraging various digital platforms
- Take an active part in designing relevant learning solutions by understanding business context
- Create knowledge assets (case studies, caselets, reading materials, videos, assignments, etc.)
- Work on curating content from multiple sources
- Can facilitate sessions for suitable topics (depends on individual interest & orientation)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed
- Is comfortable in partner identification and management
- Knowledge of Instructional Design is an added benefit, but not mandatory
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience Range - 2 to 6+ years
Education - Engineering, MBA (preferably in HR / Marketing)
- Tech Savvy, understands digital platforms
- Previous L&D experience preferred (Not a must as long as possessing the passion towards L&D, Knowledge Management)
