About the role:
As a Marcom Business Partner for one of our key talent workstreams, you will provide strategic communications and marketing support for the development of consistent messages and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders and audiences, both internally and externally, through multiple channels. You will be responsible to increase brand awareness for the stream, focusing on talent retention and acquisition. This role will focus on designing, developing and delivering a cohesive member experience within the stream that reflects our EVP and the Tiger culture.
Responsibilities:
You'll own the Marcom planning and execution for this key talent workstream, working directly with the relevant leaders, HR, Marcom and collaborate with multiple functions. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth. Below are key aspects of the role as we see in the near future.
- Build awareness around the stream and position the EVP internally
- Lead and develop communications to support internal collaboration, organisation changes, team events, etc.
- Create opportunities for the leadership to engage and communicate with their teams.
- Design and implement a communication plan for the stream specific knowledge sharing and learning initiatives.
- Work closely with key stakeholders in generating content and messages that support talent acquisition for the stream, and overall employer branding and content marketing efforts.
- Proactively suggest areas/topics/opportunities for communication to support the overall strategy/requirements of the stream.
Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:
1. 10+ years in Senior Communications or Business Partner Experience, with exposure to several of the above responsibilities preferably in Analytics/Technology/Management consulting industries. Candidates with previous working experience for 10+ years in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications are also welcomed to apply
2. Understanding of complex organisations and the required response from communications to work across diverse teams.
3. Strong sense of personal initiative and a flair for generating new ideas and driving change through new approaches.
4. The adaptability of different channels and approaches based on audience demographics and communications purpose
5. Experience of writing for different channels, content creation and editing
6. Understanding of social media resources
7. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. (Multicultural relationship management
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
