Desired Skills and Experience (Accounting, Finance, and MIS):

- 5+ years in finance and accounts role, preferably working in analytics/IT services/related consulting services & solutions industries

- Assist and monitor day to day accounting (including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable)

- Prepare monthly finance MIS and client profitability/gross margin reports

- Prepare consolidated/standalone financial statements on a quarterly basis

- Prepare timely business reports on a need basis with a quick turnaround time

- Prepare various month/quarterly/annual reconciliations

- Ensure hygiene of accounting processes

- Assist department head in day to day business operations

Education requirement : CA is a must

- Experience in Tally, QuickBooks, and other accounting software is recommendatory.

- Experience in GST filing, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance are recommendatory.

- Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS

- Experience in the US, UK statutory filing i.e VAT, tax requirements.

- Strong written and oral communication skills and a good team player
