About the role:

You will be part of the team focused on end-to-end process/program management of a variety of business operations projects. Programs will usually be cross-functional in nature cutting across consulting, engineering, client experience, capability development, operations, HR, etc.

Your team will interact with multiple senior stakeholders, across functions and geographies, and will play a key role in driving process innovation and productivity across the company.

More specifically, you will:

- Execute multiple tasks across the process management cycle, such as data collation, stakeholder coordination, deployment, optimization, and maintenance

- Maintain data and documentation in the right format and ensure accuracy by adhering to checklists and standards

- Perform regular reporting and analysis for key stakeholders

Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:

- 3-5 years in business operations or process/program management, preferably in technology industry

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Creating and maintaining templates, reports, and trackers

- Attention to detail and timeliness are critical to this role

- Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace and unstructured/evolving business problems

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
