- Analyses and trends around the overall delivery mix.
- By Vertical, Geo, Horizontal.
- Managed programs vs Team extensions vs Projects.
- Small vs Mid-sized vs Large programs.
- Combinations of the above.
Portfolio Planning :- Measure & plan delivery load at various levels of the pyramid across streams.
- Quantitative view of various aspects of portfolios (e.g. workload, personnel, bench, team health, client satisfaction, revenue, revenue growth, margins).
Miscellaneous : Work with various business leaders to Identify and enable tracking of right metrics and SLAs.
