Business Insights & Planning

Account Financials :

- Program & portfolio level profitability / margins.

- Evaluate & guide account level investments.

- Evaluate function-level costs & investments (outside delivery).

Revenue Projections :

- Work with sales forecast revenue from new accounts.

- Work with client partners to forecast revenue from existing accounts.

- Forecast 3-6-12 month revenues (by various splits) to enable planning.

Workforce Planning :

- How many people of various expertise X levels are needed to meet demand?

- Plan for lateral & campus recruitment considering promotions, attrition, immigration, bench.

- Tie to actuals (planned, staffed, hired, etc.) to refine on an ongoing basis Account Prioritization.

- Work with leadership to develop & track prioritization scores for all our accounts.

- Enable leadership to consider specific decisions based on this.

Delivery Analysis :

- Analyses and trends around the overall delivery mix.

- By Vertical, Geo, Horizontal.

- Managed programs vs Team extensions vs Projects.

- Small vs Mid-sized vs Large programs.

- Combinations of the above.

Portfolio Planning :

- Measure & plan delivery load at various levels of the pyramid across streams.

- Quantitative view of various aspects of portfolios (e.g. workload, personnel, bench, team health, client satisfaction, revenue, revenue growth, margins).

Miscellaneous : Work with various business leaders to Identify and enable tracking of right metrics and SLAs.
