Tiger Analytics - Analyst - Relations & Eminence Lead

Working directly with our Chief Customer Officer, you will be responsible for enhancing our company's visibility, credibility, and thought leadership in the analytics and AI space. You will collaborate closely with our technical SMEs and client-facing leadership to craft compelling content, engage with industry analysts, and drive initiatives that showcase our expertise and innovation.

More specifically, you will:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key industry analysts and research firms

- Lead the response submissions on analyst evaluations/reports and industry recognition/awards/certifications

- Work closely with our capability/accelerator teams to craft solution pitches

- Collaborate with internal SMEs to distill complex technical concepts into compelling and easily digestible thought leadership content

- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights that shape our thought leadership content and messaging

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align thought leadership efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Drive the creation of visually appealing and informative content, collaborating with the design team to ensure that visuals complement and enhance written material.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 10+ years in content & communication roles with exposure to several of the above responsibilities, in the technology, analytics, or AI space

- Strong understanding of analytics and AI technologies, trends, and applications

- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content

- Experience crafting persuasive content for different channels, including website, presentations, industry reports, and social media

- Strong sense of personal initiative and a flair for creative thinking

- Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple projects and solving unstructured/evolving business problems

- Previous experience in pre-sales and BD functions will be good to have
