L&D Lead - Overall Management of the Training programs ; Need identification, running the program, coordinating with staffing and projects and insights and passing over the updates. - Working with the Global Teams on Program management of Global Initiatives - Global Virtual Mentoring Program - Global Virtual Coaching Program - Business Connect ; Conducting Training Need Analysis, Connecting with key stakeholders to define the business priorities for the year. - Internal Activities ; Preparing Internal Training Budget, Reviewing all the key Competency development and training documents - Representing L&D in internal audits and ensuring function is well prepared - Rolling out RFPs and reviewing the results to identify top Vendors - Leadership Pipeline Building - Team Building Interventions ; Implementing improving team effectiveness. Positioning it internally and delivering the workshop. - Facilitating workshops as required - Conducting Business Interventions in partnership with Projects and Insights team - Approving training requests - Freshers conceptualising and overall pyramid management - Delivering behavioral and other training programs as required.
