Job Description - Supervise all Industrial & OEM Sales and assist to resolve all issues and prepare appropriate business goals for assigned market area / region. - Maintain professional relationships with all customers within assigned area and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction through proper communication and services. - Ensure achievement of all sales & revenue goals within facility and ensure targeted profitability in sales and achievement of all assigned KRAs. - Identifying and developing new customers & distributors in the assigned territories. Profiling of customers (customer size, application, product requirements, people in the organization). Making cold calls, proposal submission, negotiation, order finalization etc. - Managing existing key accounts and nurturing, growing the account to an optimum level. - Develop and implement various sales promotion programs if required to facilitate sales and assist team to retain customers. Execute various market strategies to reach all budget objectives. Do analysis for comparison of budget versus actuals - Prepare MIS / Reports for all customers on weekly/monthly and quarterly basis and provide support to all sales and technical activities. - Do profitability analysis products - SKU wise, responsible to collect the payment from customers as per the agreed terms. - Forecast all sales requirements and monitor inventory of all products at both the customers- and at the company's depots. - Scan the industry environment and competitor's sales activities and suggest possible marketing initiatives for improved business performance. - Maintain knowledge of all state and central regulations affecting the business. - Coordinate with Accts. & Fin., Purchase, Operation, QC and Logistic Department to ensure smooth execution of order and collection of payment on timely basis as per the agreed term, includes Sales Order Processing, Dispatch Coordination etc. - Identifying new applications & product development opportunities - to serve as feed for new product development. Interact with R&D and recommend appropriate price and approx. requirement for new products - Participate in various trade shows and conventions to popularise the "Veedol" brand. - Interact with marketing agents to improve the existing business scenario. - Handling a team of experienced professionals to deliver and meet the set target. Required Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Petroleum Engineering. Experience Minimum 10 years experience in an Auto component / Lubricant / Tyre / Battery industry. Age - between 35 to 40 years Salary : In between 20 to 23 Lac p.a. Candidates fulfilling the above criteria should only apply.
